The management of the tanks is done with the Numak Software Data Management  wich allows to download the data in the company computer manually or automatically. The data is then processed to obtain  a detailed summary prints of the activity of the private fuel facilities.

• Regular monitoring of the  supplied fuel with report for each vehicle, driver, pump, yard;
• Checking for the availability of fuel in the storage tank;
• Registration of the name of the supplier of fuel, number of liters, purchase date and price;
• Managing of up to 30 yards  simultaneously connected to a single control software, monitoring  of each single vehicle in all the yards  in all sites where the vehicle is refuelled
• Detailed Statistical  and administrative data
• Detailed Report for each disbursement: date, hour, minute, liters, Operator number, vehicle number, vehicle km;
• Km statistics
• General consumption statistics
