Tanks in fibreglass coating for the vegetable oil, wasted oil or mix

The tanks are manufactured using high-grade S235JR plate complying with UNI EN 10025 and all accompanied by Certificate of Inspection for the Fire Brigade BAR to 1.5 for the interior, 0.5 BAR for the interstitial space , information table l / cm., all in accordance with the requirements and procedures laid down by DM and Ministerial Decree of 31/07/1934 246 of 24.05.1999, as amended (Decree of 29/11/2002).

the tanks are equipped of manhole diam. mm 520 with cover diam. mm. 620 with n° 1 flanged attack from 3", n° 01 sleeve from 3" and n° 01 sleeve from 1".

In the interstitial space there are two two sockets of 1" for the leak of the detection system

• MC 0.3 E MC 0.5 are maken with a vertical axle with attack on superior end (manhole excluded)

LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM

LAG 14-ER - Leak detection system: this class II (EN 13160-1: 2003) leak detector with an intrinsically safe probe circuit is designed for double-walled tanks containing liquid in their interstitial space. This system consists in a control unit, a tank for leak monitoring fluid and a probe. It is provided with visual and audible alarms. The liquid
used to fill the interstitial space and the tank is a mixture of water and non-toxic propylene-glycol

Glycol for the interstitial - for leack detection systems

The main use of glycol is as antifreeze for cars, heaters, solar panels, cooling system and air conditioning systems. It is also used for air conditioning systems with water cooled chiller. It 'also used as a de-icing fluid for cars and planes.
The antifreeze liquid, in solution with water, lowers the freezing point thus preventing water from freezing. Another interesting property that makes the ethylene glycol is that it increases the boiling point of water, allowing you to reduce evaporation losses and reducing the dangers of excessive pressure.

For the  transportation  of the only glycol antifreeze without the tank
the ADR  as it is a flammable liquid.

• The third column (Litres glycol + 20% Water 80%) indicates the total liters in the interstitial of the tank
