Double Coated Fiberglass Tanks for Service Stations and Fuel Depots

The tanks are manufactured using high-grade S235JR plate complying with UNI EN 10025 and all accompanied by Certificate of Inspection for the Fire Brigade BAR to 1.5 for the interior, 0.5 BAR for the interstitial space , information table l / cm., all in accordance with the requirements and procedures laid down by DM and Ministerial Decree of 31/07/1934 246 of 24.05.1999, as amended (Decree of 29/11/2002).

All tanks include:

Double wall Tanks Fiberglass Coated can be divided in several groups, based on its final use:

DOUBLE COATED FIBERGLASS TANKS FOR SERVICE STATIONS AN/OR FUEL DEPOSIT

In compliance with the Ministerial Decree of 29/11/2002

The tanks are equipped with a manhole diam. 645 mm  with a lid. diam mm. 745  No. 08  flanged attacks ( 4 from 3", 2 from 4", 1 from 2" e 1 from 1") and a semi-sump of mm 1200x1200 h 250 with perforated edge. 
On the intestitial are available two sockets from 1" for the control of himself.

• Tanks from MC 40 to  MC 50 are provided with a strengthening internal anti-aliasing reinforcement
• Tanks from MC 60, MC 70 and MC 75 are equipped with two anti-aliasing reinforcement

Accessories availables:

Leak detection system LAG/NK1( must use it for double coated tank ) , Valve, Metric rod, Manhole and supplementary sump, upper sump and manhole, Dispensing column

All tanks are equipped with two manhole ( one for section) diam. mm 645 with a cover of diam. mm. 745 with n° 7 flanged attacks ( 4 from 3" , 2 from 2" e 1 from 1") and two semi-sump (one for manhole) mm 1200 x 1200 h 250 with perforated edge. 
On the interstitial are supply four sockets  ( two for section) from 1" for the control of himself.

Accessories availables:

Leak detection system LAG/NK1( must use it for double coated tank ) , Valve, Metric rod, Manhole and supplementary sump, Upper Sump and manhole, Dispensing column

LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM

The control unit controls the probe , the occurrence of a loss the liquid level of the shell is lowered and the electrodes is not being more immersinel liquid vary their potential that noted from the controller activates the circuit optical-audible warning.

GLYCOLE FOR THE INTERSTITIAL FOR LEACK DETECTION SYSTEM

The antifreeze liquid, in solution with water, lowers the freezing point thus preventing water from freezing. Another interesting property that makes the ethylene glycol is that it increases the boiling point of water, allowing you to reduce evaporation losses and reducing the dangers of excessive pressure.

For the  transportation  of the only glycol antifreeze without the tank
the ADR  as it is a flammable liquid.

• The third colomn ( Liter Glycol 20% + water 80% )supplies the total liters in the interstitial of the tank
